Neck pocket shim for Fender Telecaster or Stratocaster.  Price is for one shim.

One (1) Maple neck pocket shim for Fender Telecaster or Stratocaster.  Condition is New.  If your high and low “E” strings saddles are bottomed out, you need a shim to raise your strings over the saddles.  One or two of these approximately 1/42″ (0.024″) thick shims should get you there.  My Fender American Special Telecaster “E” string saddles were both nearly touching on the outside and two shims gave me about 5/64″ clearance.  The shims have been cut and shaped with holes provided for the four neck screws to fit most Fender Teles and Strats.  Simply unbolt the neck and drop them into place.  Please ask if you are not sure if they will fit your make and model.  Note: shims are at a 0 degree angle (no slope).  This natural wood product may have some waviness due to humidity and temperature changes that will not affect its application.
