  • I am selling my factory built AEV. Purchased in 2019 from a licensed auto dealer in Texas, I spent the next year building her out into what you see now in the pics. Picture of the truck on the lot in Texas when I bought her are included below so you can see the extent of the upgrades.
The truck has been driven 75% Street and 25% off road. The off-roading has been primarily fire trails and dirt roads. No strenuous or very hard rock trails we’re driven in this truck. No water fording’s above the doors. Never pulled a trailer. No wrecks or accidents. All books and records. Clean title.
Selling to build a classic Dodge version of this truck.
Over $60,000 in aftermarket parts invested.
58,000 miles (If you know Cummins, it’s just getting broken in)
*This is not a “romping” truck your going to jump at the dunes. Go buy a Raptor for that. This is for carrying a Raptor, pulling a Raptor and the house it parks at over rough terrain. What I mean is, you can load this truck up with all the weight and drag whatever you want up into the mountains. No problem. Fully loaded toy hauler with a UTV on the bed? Childs play.
Also, the truck get’s more attention than a Lamborghini on fire driving down the road.
Asking $70,000 *If you blue book this truck, and you are confused as to why it’s $20k over book value. Research what AEV’s are and the market for them so you understand their value. Thanks!
Payment in cash, or by bank wire. No money orders, check or bank checks.
    No trades.
I am paying off the small loan I have on it so I will have a clean, clear title in hand.
If you pay cash, then you will walk with the keys and the title, notarized and signed off.
If you wire, as soon as the wire clears the bank, you will have the title, notarized and signed off and keys.
Feel free to call me (send me a DM)
I encourage you to come look at the truck in person.
Inspections are welcome, but most inspectors don’t have a clue about off road trucks to this degree, so it’s case by case.
If you live in SoCal, you will also get my mechanic who helped me build the truck… he and his mechanic buddies all have off road Cummins, so he’s an excellent resource.

Strengthened front AEV bumper with additional welding
3M gray body wrap. Paint underneath is in good shape, no depth scratches.  Roof has been painted with house roof waterproof paint in the same color as the wrap. This insulates and seals the roof from leaks, sun damage etc.
    Steel 1″ Cab Cage/Brush Guard.
Welded to the bumper and frame with bumpers on the cab. This way if you hit something hard enough to rip the cage apart, your not destroying your cabs bodywork.
3 Rows of mountable crossmembers for more lights, antennas etc.
Heavy duty marine searchlight. Controlled from the cab, 2500 lumen
Brute flat bed. Aluminum but completely Linex’d in black non skid.
Has the center opening for a gooseneck trailer or adding a 5th wheel system.
Off road mirror setup: Big trucks get their mirrors broken allot when on narrow trails. These are the stock Ram side mirrors with the plastic removed. Oversized round mirrors added gives you larger field of view, you can see the whole rear of the truck top to bottom. Turn signals mounted below the mirrors on each side. The passengers side has a HD garage spring welded in (it doesn’t flop around at highway speeds). When you pass off road, any mountain or cliffs or hills with be on your right side as its that mirror that gets smashed or pushed in every time. The passenger side mirror has been moved in so it protrudes very little. You can still see behind just fine and I have not had to get out and push it back out when off-roading as its nice and tucked in. If you hit something with the mirrors they just take it and bounce back.
The LED lights mounted to the top roof bar are dual purpose. Front is white flood or flashes white/red (do not use on road, OK off road) The sides are white flood or flash a dual pattern of yellow/red. The rear has a $2000 traffic control bar, amber in color and, has multiple flash patters like center out, left to right and right to left. The rear tail lights are also set to alternate flash . All of this is controllable from the Fenix 4200 mounted to the overhead radio console. The Fenix can be programmed easily to flash or do whatever with any lights you hook up to it.
100DB front mounted PA. Actually comes in handy when communicating with people off road. Also has the electric horn. No siren is programmed, but one can be if your a volunteer firefighter police etc..
AMP automatic side steps with upgraded aircraft carrier non-skid yellow pain. The stock AMP surface is still slippery, so I added Navy aircraft carrier deck non-skid paint. You will not slip AT ALL. Dual LED Courtesy Lights over each step.
WeBoost antenna, CD and the HAM Radio antenna are all mounted respecting their signal field’s and separated.
Brute detachable cargo boxes. 6 bolts each (4 bottom, 2 into the headache rack) attaches or detaches in 15 minutes. Additional box welded on the top of the boxes for more storage.
Rear wheel fenders originally for a road grader. You can smash and bend them as hard as you can and they pop right back.
    Suspension
Up front, in addition to the standard AEV suspension components she has a full Carlie front end with torsion sway bar and heavy duty radius arms. The rear has the full Kelderman 4 link air ride system with auto leveling and air dump (you can dump the rear from the cab to unhook trailers without having to crank the stinger). The Kelderman turn the truck into a 3+ ton unit. You will not squat this truck with a load in the bed or the hitch. I’ve had over a ton on the bed and zero squat.
AEV Prospector’s handle better on the skid pad than a stock Ram and this setup handles even better than that.
    VMAC
Vehicle Mounted Air Compressor. This is the real deal. Cost $11,000 installed. Clutch engaged belt driven air compressor. Basically a 500hp turbo diesel air compressor. It’s all about the CFM’s. 145psi at 70cfm means you can run air tools and a jack hammer if you wanted to. ARB compressors they everyone has are a joke and will take an hour to fill 40″ tires on a heavy truck like this. Not with the VMAC. This is an industrial grade unit for serious work. Engage the parking brake, hit the on button and the system revs the motor and engages the clutch and you have instant air. *If the Kelderman air compressor should fail and your airbags wont inflate, you can use the VMAC to air them up via the Schrader valve on the rear. Redundancy is good when off road.
    Tires
Has the new Goodyear Wrangler MT with the reinforced Kevlar sidewalls. They grip like a mountain goat. Got me thru 3′ of snow.
    Motor
Stock 6.7 Cummins Turbo Diesel. No aftermarket work has been done to the motor. Bone stock. Have all exhaust components.
Running the EZLYNK diagnostic system. $1500 system you can use to diagnose and adjust anything you want on the truck.
Also has the AEV Procal chip to adjust the spedo to the 40″ tire sizes making it DOT legal. Has the DOT 40″ sticker as well on the door.
    Extras
Included is a bunch of off road gear
    tree wraps
    shackles
    ARB snatch blocks
HD high lift jack with larger base plate
wired winch remotes and a wireless remote for the front winch
    HD tire plug kit
    air lines
drop hitch with multi size balls
truck has a 2″ receiver hitch so I have the reducer
professional tow truck J hooks both chain and strap style
VRB Track boards. These are 35,000lb rated, originally designed for use with MRAP’s and SWAT trucks. The ones you get off Amazon will snap like twigs under this truck. The VRB’s you can use as a bridge to cross gaps.
50′ recovery strap (giant 90Klb rubber band for extraction)
Ground anchor. When there is nothing to hook your winch cable too, this becomes it’s own anchor point to pull you out. Works in sand, gravel etc. I came off a trail in Big Bear in the winter into a field with 4 feet of snow and used the anchor to pull me out back onto the road. It works!
